My Different Brain, My Superpower
A therapeutic group program helping children understand, celebrate and feel confident in the way their brain works.
My Different Brain, My Superpower is a neurodivergent-affirming, evidence-informed therapeutic group program for children aged 10–12 with learning differences including dyslexia, ADHD, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, autism and diverse learning profiles.
This program supports children to better understand how their brain learns, build confidence, develop emotional and social tools and feel less alone in their learning journey.
Why this program matters
Many children with learning differences receive academic or intervention support, but also need help with the emotional side of learning.
Children may experience frustration, low confidence, anxiety around schoolwork or feel different from their peers.
This program helps children reframe their learning differences as part of who they are — not something wrong with them.
When children understand their brain, they can approach learning with greater confidence, resilience and self-belief.
